The house was extremely well maintained by the previous owners. They created gorgeous gardens that mirror Eichler's values of bringing the beauty of nature inside. Congradulations on your new house I have been a Eichler fan for some time and plan to build one of his atrium house as I discovered him reading Margaret Grace Fiction in which the hero of the series lives in a Eichler house. Thank you for your wonderful blog I do so enjoy reading it. This is the first time I have made a comment but your work is much appreciated as I create mainly modern houses since I became addicted in 2005.
